Project 4.3: Monitoring and automated documentation of outcomes of collaborative robot activity

PhD researcher

Project based at

UTS

Lead Partner Organisation TBC

Regulatory and quality assurance documentation is repetitive. Autonomous systems are well suited to perform repetitive and precise activities, such as the automatic inspection, generation, and validation of inspection related documentation. Collaborative robotics allows for mid-process data capture of human activities.

This Project will capture the inspection points, reliability, and interpreted information needed for monitoring collaborative robotic activity. This activity is captured both through the collaborative robots in the interaction, automation processes up and downstream as well as through additional sensors.

This Project will focus on the integration and documentation of this data for regulatory and quality assurance activities. Data will be captured and marked up with the same representational framework developed in Project 4.1.
