Phuong Anh Tran

Phuong Anh Tran is a PhD student in Human-Robot Workforce at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She is part of the QUT Faculty of Business and Law, School of Management. Her main research interests are in the areas of collaborative robots, work design and motivation.
Phuong completed her Master of Business in 2018 and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in early 2023 at QUT. Her MPhil thesis focused on organisational justice on digital labour platforms. With a background in Human Resource Management, Phuong works as a sessional academic at QUT and Griffith University, and as a Research Assistant in various QUT research projects.
