This structured set of tools helps cross-functional teams assess and improve human-robot collaboration within workflows, ensuring the most appropriate robotic technologies are selected for specific applications.

The session will explore the four SIFT formats (Exploration, Comparison, Ideation, and Evaluation) and provide real-world examples of how the framework was co-created and applied with Stryker in robotic-assisted surgery.
