Many Australian manufacturers are aware of collaborative robotics (cobots) but lack the practical knowledge, strategic frameworks, and workforce readiness to confidently implement them. This day long workshop has been created to support businesses in taking that next step in enabling them to take action, especially among SMEs and cross-functional teams who need to understand not just the technology, but also how to align it with business goals, safety standards, and workforce capabilities.
Attendees will leave with practical insights, a certificate of attendance, links to further training and support, and a clear understanding of how cobots can enhance productivity, quality, and workforce engagement in advanced manufacturing.
All participants will attend the first workshop session, an overview of cobots and basic programming. The remaining sessions are divided into two streams (A & B), grouped by role and area of interest. Participants will select their preferred stream during registration.
