Melinda Laundon

Melinda’s research interests focus on decent work, reward and recognition, and learning and development. Her approach combines public policy, employment relations and human resources management theory.
She is a member of the QUT Centre for Decent Work and Industry and has conducted research with government, industry and higher education organisations.
Melinda’s career prior to academia was in the Australian Public Service, including the Australian Research Council and the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
